Viewing a candidate's report

This article applies if a candidate has finished their assessment and you want to open their report, export it or pass it on to a manager.

In short

When the candidate's row moves to Completed, Show report opens their report in Scalyz. You can export it as a PDF or share it through a link. The report places the candidate's score relative to the campaign threshold and shows, for each required and optional skill, what the candidate validated. The candidate sees the same report as you.

Steps

  1. Open the campaign and find the candidate's row. The status must be Completed; if it is Analysis in progress, the report arrives within 20 minutes.
  2. Click Show report.
  3. To pass it on: Export as PDF, or Share to get a link to send.

To see what the candidate actually wrote and ran in their environment, open the explorer next to the report (see "Viewing a candidate's session evidence").

What happens next

A manager without a Scalyz account can read the report from the link or the PDF. A manager who needs to follow the campaign over time — see the other candidates, the statuses, the reports as they come in — needs access to Scalyz: as a member of your organisation, or, if they belong to another organisation, through campaign sharing (see "Sharing a campaign with a partner recruiter").

Limits and permissions

  • Any member of your organisation can access the campaign's reports. A partner can access the reports of the candidates they see, according to their rights.
  • The share link opens without an account, for anyone who has it, and cannot be disabled afterwards. Pass it on as you would the PDF: to the person who needs it, and to them only.
  • The candidate sees the same report as you. What you read, they have read too.
  • The score places the candidate relative to the campaign threshold; reading it and deciding are yours.
