Sharing a campaign with a partner recruiter

This article applies if you want to give a recruiter from another organisation, an agency, an IT services firm, a partner, access to a campaign so they can add their candidates.

In short

From the campaign page, Share campaign invites a partner by email or through a link you pass on. You choose what they can do: add candidates anonymously or by email, see all candidates or only their own, and up to how many credits. The partner accepts the campaign in their own Scalyz space; you keep control of their rights at all times.

Steps

  1. Open the campaign, then click Share campaign.
  2. Choose the mode: enter the partner's email address, or generate a link. For a link, set how many times it can be used per organisation: once, or several times.
  3. Write the custom message. The partner reads it before accepting the campaign: if your organisation has its own terms of use, put the link to the document there.
  4. Set the partner's rights: adding candidates anonymously or by email; visibility of all candidates in the campaign or only the ones they add; number of credits allowed.
  5. Adjust the link validity if needed (15 days by default), then send.

What happens next

The partner opens the link. If they have no Scalyz account, they create one at that point; they must be signed in to choose, in Add this campaign to, the organisation that will receive the campaign. By accepting, they consent to Scalyz's terms of use. The campaign then appears in their space with the rights you set.

Credits consumed by their candidates are charged to your organisation, within the limit you allowed.

If the partner tells you their link shows "This link is no longer active", send them the article "This link is no longer active", what to do.

Limits and permissions

  • Any member of your organisation can share a campaign and, after acceptance, change a partner's rights from the sharing panel.
  • To stop a partner, freeze them from the quick actions of the organisation invitations list, or bring their allowed credits down to the number already consumed. A frozen partner can no longer add candidates; they keep read-only access to what they could see.
  • When freezing, you choose what happens to the candidates they already invited: let their ongoing assessments continue, or expire their links. A candidate whose link expires can no longer open their assessment; for what they see, refer to the candidate article "My invitation link has expired or no longer works".
  • To close the campaign to all partners at once, close it (see "Closing and archiving a campaign").
