My invitation link shows "Assessment invitation not found"

Use this article if you open the link in your invitation email and the page shows "Assessment invitation not found".

In short

Scalyz cannot find an invitation that matches the link you opened. Open the link again, directly from your original invitation email. If the message is still there, contact Scalyz Support from the help bubble on this page: we check your invitation and get back to you by email.

What to do

  1. Go back to your original invitation email and click the link it contains. Do not retype the link address by hand.

Good to know

  • This message does not mean your invitation has expired. An expired invitation shows a different message.
  • Your recruiter can send you the same invitation link again.
  • Do not create a new account or start your application again to get around this message.

When to contact Scalyz Support

If "Assessment invitation not found" still shows after you open the link from your original email, contact Scalyz Support from the help bubble on this page.

Support replies within 4 working hours, 9am to 6pm Paris time, checks your invitation and gets back to you by email.
