# Le terminal ou le bash semble "trop lourd" et ne répond pas

## Guide rapide pour résoudre les problèmes de performance et créer un ticket d’assistance directement depuis le chat.

Nous comprenons que cela puisse être frustrant 🙏.  
Plusieurs causes peuvent expliquer ce type de problème :

- **Performance de la machine virtuelle** : Trop de processus ouverts ou des erreurs répétées peuvent ralentir le terminal.
- **Connexion Internet instable** : Une déconnexion ou un débit faible peut donner l’impression que le bash ne répond plus.
- **Erreurs de commande** : Certaines commandes peuvent rester bloquées ou consommer beaucoup de ressources.
- **Problème de navigateur** : Un onglet surchargé ou non mis à jour peut aussi impacter l’expérience.

### Étapes à suivre

1. Essayez de **rafraîchir la page** du lab dans votre navigateur.
2. Fermez les onglets inutiles et assurez-vous d’avoir une **bonne connexion Internet**.
3. Si le bash reste bloqué, vous pouvez **relancer le lab** depuis la plateforme.
4. Vérifiez les consignes de l’exercice pour éviter les commandes qui surchargent inutilement l’environnement.
