[Incidents](https://help.scalyz.com/fr/kb/recruteurs-candidats?hsLang=fr#incidents) # Un candidat veut recommencer l'évaluation ## Cet article s'applique si un candidat qui a terminé son évaluation, ou dont le lien a expiré avant qu'il la commence, vous demande de la repasser. ### **En bref** Vous pouvez inviter à nouveau le même candidat dans la même campagne, par email ou par lien, comme pour une première invitation. Il passe une nouvelle tentative ; le rapport précédent reste consultable les deux tentatives apparaissent sur des lignes distinctes dans la campagne. Une tentative terminée ne se modifie pas et ne se rejoue pas : elle reste ce que le candidat a produit ce jour-là. ### Étapes 1. Ouvrez la campagne et cliquez sur **Ajouter des candidats**. 2. Saisissez l'email du candidat, ou générez un lien anonyme à lui transmettre (article [« Inviter un ou plusieurs candidats »](https://help.scalyz.com/fr/kb/inviter-candidats?hsLang=fr)). 3. Envoyez. Une nouvelle ligne apparaît pour ce candidat avec le statut **Invitation envoyée**. Si le candidat n'a jamais commencé et que son lien a seulement expiré, utilisez **Renvoyer l'invitation** sur sa ligne (article [« Renvoyer une invitation à un candidat »](https://help.scalyz.com/fr/kb/renvoyer-invitation-candidat?hsLang=fr)). ### Ce qui se passe ensuite Le candidat reçoit un nouveau lien et passe la même évaluation, dans les mêmes conditions que les autres candidats de la campagne. Un nouveau crédit est réservé, consommé quand il démarre. La première tentative et son rapport restent visibles. ### Limites et permissions - Tout membre de votre organisation peut réinviter un candidat. Un partenaire le peut selon ses droits. - Une tentative terminée ne peut être ni effacée ni rejouée. Seul le support Scalyz annule une tentative, et uniquement quand un problème technique confirmé a empêché le candidat de continuer (article [« Mon candidat est bloqué ou a un problème technique »](https://help.scalyz.com/fr/kb/candidat-bloque-ou-probleme-technique?hsLang=fr)). Une demande de « seconde chance » n'est pas un problème technique. - Décider d'accorder une nouvelle tentative, et comment lire deux rapports du même candidat, vous appartient. ### Besoin d'aide sur ce point ?
