Tracking a campaign's progress
This article applies if you want to know where your candidates stand, who received their invitation, who started, who finished, who will not make it, and sort assessed candidates on their score.
In short
The campaign page shows at the top the counters for invited, in progress and completed, then the candidate list with one status per row: Invitation sent, In progress, Analysis in progress, Completed or Expired. Filter the list by status to isolate those who have not finished; sort or filter on the score once reports have arrived. Reminders before expiry are automatic.
Steps
- Open the campaign. The counters at the top give the overall picture.
- Read the status on each row (details below).
- To identify those who have not finished, filter on Invitation sent, In progress and Expired.
- To compare assessed candidates, sort or filter the list on the score. The campaign threshold (75% by default) is the reference point: it corresponds to the role's required skills (see "Setting CV criteria and the score threshold").
A candidate's statuses
- Invitation sent — the candidate has not opened their assessment yet.
- In progress — they have started; their credit is consumed at that point.
- Analysis in progress — they have finished, the report arrives within 20 minutes.
- Completed — the report is available.
- Expired — the link reached its end without a start; resend the invitation if you want to give them access again (see "Resending an invitation to a candidate").
What happens next
You have no reminder to send: Scalyz automatically reminds the candidate of their assessment 3 days and then 1 day before their link expires. These reminders cannot be configured. To follow up another way, resend the invitation — the candidate then receives a new link.
Limits and permissions
- Any member of your organisation sees the whole campaign. A partner sees all candidates or only their own, according to the rights you gave them.
- There is no side-by-side comparison view: comparison is done through the list's sorting and filters, then by opening the reports (see "Viewing a candidate's report").
- The score places the candidate relative to the campaign threshold; reading it and deciding are yours.
