Setting CV criteria and the score threshold
This article applies if you are configuring a campaign and want to know how CV pre-analysis criteria and the assessment score threshold work.
In short
Two settings frame qualification in a campaign. CV criteria are analysed by AI on every application to help you confirm, or not, that the candidate meets them — the analysis rejects no one. The assessment score threshold is set to 75% by default; it corresponds to the role's required skills, and you can raise it to match your hiring strategy.
CV criteria
- Enable AI CV analysis on the campaign and enter your criteria, for example a number of years of experience or an industry [TO CONFIRM: location of the setting in the campaign configuration].
- The criteria are [TO CONFIRM: shown to the candidate on the job page before they apply].
- On each application, the analysis states for every criterion whether the CV meets it, with the parts of the CV that support the answer.
The analysis helps you check, it does not decide: an unmet criterion is flagged, the application still reaches you, and you are the one who confirms or not. The result is kept as is with the application, which makes your review auditable.
Score threshold
- The threshold is set to 75% by default on every lab, whether it comes from the Scalyz catalogue or was built for your organisation [TO CONFIRM: location of the threshold setting].
- Raise it if your hiring strategy requires it.
- Once results arrive, sort or filter the candidate list on the score (see "Tracking a campaign's progress").
Limits and permissions
- Any member of your organisation can change these settings as long as no invitation has been sent. After that the campaign is frozen: every candidate is measured against the same threshold.
- At 75%, the score covers the role's required skills. Above it, the score reflects differentiating skills: important, but not required.
- Scalyz shows what the candidate produced; the hiring decision is yours.
