# "This link is no longer active" — what to do

## This article applies if you opened an invitation link to a shared campaign and the page shows "This link is no longer active".

### In short

This link no longer lets you join the campaign. Nothing on your side reactivates it: the Scalyz team checks the situation with the company that invited you and gets back to you.

### What happens next

You describe the campaign to the Scalyz team: the name of the company that invited you and, if you have it, the job title. The team checks with that company, then tells you what comes next: a new link, or another way to collaborate on this campaign.
