- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select the "Help" option.
- Our chatbot, "SailorAI," will appear.
2. Describe the Issue to SailorAI:
- Write your problem in the chat with SailorAI.
- SailorAI will provide you with a solution based on the information you provide.
- If the solution doesn’t work, send another message with a detailed description of the issue.
3. Contact Support Team if Necessary:
