# Evaluating Scalyz for your organisation with a Proof of Value

## This article applies if your organisation hires regularly and wants to validate the value of Scalyz on its own needs before committing.

### In short

The **Proof of Value** (POV) runs on your real hiring needs, generally over 4 weeks. It is there to measure the value of Scalyz with numbers, estimate the return on investment, and see the full feature set and lab catalog. It starts with a meeting with the Scalyz Sales team.
