Creating a campaign
This article applies if you want to open a campaign for a role and start inviting candidates to it.
In short
A campaign is created in three steps from New campaign: the job title, the expected skills, then the assessment. If you already have a job description, the campaign AI assistant pre-fills all three steps from the text; you only confirm. Once the campaign is created, you can add candidates.
Steps- Click New campaign.
- Pick the job title from the supported titles. Each title comes preconfigured with its skills and a matrix that separates required skills from optional ones.
- Adjust the skills: add, remove, or move a skill between required and optional.
- Choose the assessment among the labs proposed for these skills. To compare labs, see "Choosing the right assessment for the role".
- Confirm. The campaign is created; add your candidates from its page (see "Inviting one or more candidates").
If you have a job description: open [TO CONFIRM: label of the campaign AI assistant button], paste or import the description. The assistant analyses the text and fills in the three steps. Review each step, correct if needed, then confirm.
Limits and permissions
- Any member of your organisation can create a campaign. The person who creates it is its point of contact; this role can be transferred to another member.
- A campaign has no end date and no number of positions. If you need them, tell us through the contact below.
- As soon as the first invitation is sent, the campaign's configuration — role, skills, assessment, threshold — can no longer be edited: every candidate takes the same assessment under the same conditions. To change the configuration, duplicate the campaign (see "Duplicating a campaign").
