A candidate's result is not showing

This article applies if a candidate tells you they finished their assessment and you cannot see their report in the campaign.

In short

After the end of the assessment, the candidate's row moves to Analysis in progress; the report is available within 20 minutes and the status moves to Completed. If the row stays on Analysis in progress for more than an hour, or still shows In progress although the candidate has finished, write to the CSM team with the campaign name and the candidate's email.

Steps

  1. Open the campaign and read the status on the candidate's row.
  2. Analysis in progress for less than 20 minutes: the report is on its way. Refresh the page a little later.
  3. In progress: on your side, the candidate has not finished. Their assessment ends when they click Finish or when their time runs out; in both cases, what they produced is assessed. If they assure you they have finished, go to step 5.
  4. Invitation sent or Expired: the candidate never started this assessment. If their link has expired, resend the invitation (see "Resending an invitation to a candidate").
  5. Status unchanged after an hour, or inconsistent with what the candidate says: write to the CSM team with the campaign name, the candidate's email and the time at which they say they finished.

What happens next

The CSM team checks the state of the attempt with Support and gets back to you: report being finalised, attempt cancelled for a technical problem and new access sent to the candidate, or assessment not finished on the candidate's side.

Limits and permissions

  • A candidate who reached the end of the allotted time without clicking Finish is assessed on their work as is; their report arrives the same way.
  • The candidate sees their report at the same time as you, from their invitation link. For what they see, refer to the candidate article "How do I know my assessment was submitted?".
